We are already finishing our third week here in New Delhi and life goes on as usual. Daily wakeup call at 8.30 am with breakfast (always accompanied by music), nurses chasing me with injections, first physiotherapy session with Rijul, then back to the room for Gatorade, rest and snacks. Room usually cleaned by 3 (!) Indians, change of sheets etc. A second session with Rijul follows, then occupational therapy with Bhawna and back to the room, usually dead tired at this stage, for lunch. Naturally once again chased by nurses wielding different injections with stem cells which are standard twice a day, with one weekly procedure, i.e. an injection of stem cells with a higher dosage, carried out in the surgery room, seeing that it is usually done through the spinal cord.
I did one of those yesterday, which means I feel a little weak and run down but at least I’ll be better at the weekend so that I can go out with Thodoris. Last Sunday we went to a huge mall together with Michelle and her caregiver Norma. Yes I even ate ice-cream after such a long time. Ferero Roche flavor!! You understand!

Kisses
